Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how Workyloop OÜ (“Workyloop”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through workyloop.com. This policy covers the corporate website only — our products (such as Spotline) have their own privacy policies.

What we collect

  • Contact correspondence. If you email info@workyloop.com, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) records standard request metadata — IP address, user-agent, timestamp, requested URL — for security and operational purposes. Logs are retained for up to 30 days.
  • Aggregate analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited. It is cookieless and does not store personally identifiable information; visitors are counted using a daily-rotating hash derived from request metadata. See Vercel’s analytics privacy policy for details.
  • No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking pixels.

Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

  • Correspondence: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in responding to inquiries.
  • Server logs: legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.
  • Aggregate analytics: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in understanding website usage. No identifiable data is collected, so no consent banner is required.

Retention

Email correspondence is retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs are retained as described above.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is processed by:

  • Vercel Inc. (hosting and aggregate analytics) — United States, under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Our email provider — for delivery of info@workyloop.com.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact info@workyloop.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
